Voice Fax Data Discrimination Software
Floreat Voice Fax Data Discrimination Software (VFD) is primarily required in telecom products, media gateway or VFD relay products to provide transparent service for various types of calls. The VFD discrimination software is used to detect and identify the call type as voice, fax, or data call so that the system can handle proper routing of the call to the appropriate function.
The Floreat VFD discrimination software is modular, re-locatable and re-entrant to support multi-channel capability and can operate within a multi-tasking environment or as a single task.
It supports user callable functions and can be integrated with Floreat’s other fax, telephony, speech compression, VoIP, FoIP, DSVD, imaging and video software for various applications. Floreat VFD software is supported on various DSPs and processors as well as offered in ANSI C.
