Digital Network Echo Canceller Software
Floreat’s Digital Network Echo Canceller Software implements the ITU-T G.168 recommendation. Digital network echo canceller eliminate echo arising from network components, such as 2/4 wire conversion hybrids, as well as from signal processing and transmission delay. The Floreat G.168 software describes the characteristics of an echo canceller and tests to assess the performance of an echo canceller under network usage scenarios. The G.168 standard does not give guidelines for algorithm and hence the implementation is vendor specific.
The Floreat G.168 Digital Network Echo Canceller software is modular, re-locatable and re-entrant to support multi-channel capability and can operate within a multi-tasking environment or as a single task.
It supports user callable functions and can be integrated with Floreat’s other fax, telephony, speech compression, VoIP, FoIP, DSVD, imaging and video software for various applications. Floreat G.168 DNEC software is supported on various DSPs and processors as well as offered in ANSI C.
